People
It is natural for people to question if their jobs will be replaced when digital transformation is introduced. Management will need to address these expected challenges in a proactive rather than reactive manner. Next up would be to have a proper assessment of the maturity level of the personnel. Do they possess adequate knowledge and experience to manage the digital transformation process? What sort of training is required? Empowering employees with upskilling would help with employee buy-in and ease them into the cultural shift brought about by digital transformation.

Processes
This is about changing the way the work gets done more efficiently. What is the current process, and what changes are needed? Or would creating new ones adapt better to the tasks at hand. This applies to employees within your company as well as external parties. These stakeholders outside the organization include suppliers, vendors, and customers. The new vendor management solution would require training your vendors on how to use it. It would also mean obtaining feedback from these users regarding the ease and efficiency of use.
Technology
Digital solutions are the tools involved in implementing the process as well as automating some of the steps. They are also vital in drawing in customers with their ability to learn and predict customer preferences. The unifying power of digitally transformed companies is integrating data meaningfully across silos and allowing predictive data analytics to drive growth. The pandemic has accelerated the digital transformation landscape. Innovation and technology adoption will continue to move forward as companies position themselves to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the new normal.
