Documents Preparation

1. Documents for all application submissions

• Audited financial statements for the last financial year of your company 
• Project Proposal from the Client

2. Supporting documents for Hardware/Equipment and Software cost

• This document will be provided by Zooloo Information Systems

3. Supporting documents for Salary cost

• Employment or Appointment letters of staff
• Staff's NRIC or Passport number 
• If staff is not identified yet, provide job description and designation 

4. Supporting documents for Consultancy cost

• There is no additional Consultancy cost involved in working with Zooloo Information Systems

Application Process

Step One. 

Login to http://www.businessgrats.gov.sg - Corp Pass is required. 

Select <Get New Grant>

Step Two.  

'Which sector best describes your business?'

Select < Wholesale Trade>

Step Three. 

'I need this grant to….'

Select the second option listed <Upgrade key business area, such as adopting technology, improving business processes, or raising service standards>. 

Step Four. 

'Which best describes the area you will develop with this grant?'

Select the third option listed <Innovation & Productivity>.  

Step Five.

Grant Action. Click "Proceed."

Step Six.

Select appropriate responses to <Check Your Eligibility>. Click "Next."

Step Seven.

Update your contact details. 

Step Eight.

Proposal Submission

Upload supporting documents as requested [Proposal, Quotation from Vendor, Financial Report, Vendor Corporate Profile]. Click on "Next."

Step Nine. 

Business Impact

Enter the figures according to your company's latest Financial Year and a statement to explain how the grant would make an impact on your business.

Step Ten.

Impact on Worker

Give a projected wage increment over the year and the number of workers expected after the project implementation. 

Step Eleven. 

Cost

Fill in the total price anticipated in the first year, including maintenance costs. Select "Zooloo Information Systems Pte Ltd" as the confirmed vendor.

Step Twelve.

Declaration

Select the appropriate options on the declaration and acknowledgment page. The document can be submitted upon your review.
